Khabib’s manager brutally trolls Conor McGregor after White House UFC event
Conor McGregor somehow became part of the conversation at the White House without even being in the building.
That’s what happens when Ali Abdelaziz sees an opening.
Several of the biggest names tied to UFC Freedom 250 visited Washington on Wednesday ahead of the historic event, including Alex Pereira, Ciryl Gane, Justin Gaethje and Ilia Topuria. Cameras followed the group through the White House as fighters posed for photos and filmed promotional content around the Oval Office.
Then Abdelaziz grabbed attention online within minutes.
Ali Abdelaziz couldn’t resist taking a shot
Shortly after the visit ended, Khabib Nurmagomedov’s longtime manager posted a message directed straight at McGregor on X.
“Everyone asked about you today at the White House, we missed you today,” he wrote while tagging the former UFC double champion.
People close to the sport immediately understood what he was doing.
McGregor had openly talked in recent months about wanting a role on the Freedom 250 card and has repeatedly praised Donald Trump publicly. Seeing major UFC stars invited to the White House while he watched from the outside clearly added another layer to the rivalry.
The history between Abdelaziz and McGregor has never cooled off since the Khabib era. Even years later, there’s still tension every time one side gets a chance to stir things up.

The White House event felt surreal even by UFC standards
The footage coming out of Washington looked more like a movie set than a fight promotion.
Pereira walked through the halls quietly with his team while Gaethje joked with reporters nearby. Topuria stopped repeatedly for pictures. At one point, staff members could be seen peeking through doors trying to watch the fighters walk past.
The atmosphere around Freedom 250 already feels bigger than a normal UFC card. Dana White and Saudi officials have pushed the event aggressively, and the White House visit only added to the spectacle.
According to ESPN’s MMA coverage, the promotion expects the event to become one of the most-watched fight cards in company history.
Abdelaziz took things even further while speaking during the visit.
Abdelaziz praises Trump during speech
The veteran manager delivered a lengthy speech praising Trump’s role in combat sports and called Freedom 250 “the greatest sports event ever created on planet Earth.”
He also claimed the UFC would have been “20 years behind” without Trump supporting the promotion during its early years.
The comments triggered immediate reactions online. Some fans applauded the speech. Others mocked it within minutes.
Still, nobody in MMA seemed surprised Abdelaziz became one of the loudest voices in the room. That has followed him throughout his career as both a manager and public figure.
Coverage surrounding McGregor’s possible return later this year continues to grow across FSI247’s latest UFC news.
As for McGregor himself, he hasn’t responded publicly yet.
But people who’ve followed this rivalry long enough know something already.
Ali Abdelaziz didn’t post that message expecting silence.
